We're growing our sales team at Brandon Tomes CDJR and looking for motivated people ready to start a career in automotive sales. No previous automotive sales experience is required - we want to train you from the beginning and teach you the right way to sell: listening to customers, understanding their needs, knowing your product, and building relationships instead of relying on high-pressure tactics.

What You Can Earn

• Pay range: $60,000 - $150,000 per year
• Top performers can earn $100,000+
• Uncapped commission, paid twice per month

Who We're Looking For

No sales experience needed. We're specifically looking for people early in their sales career. You may be a great fit if you are friendly, coachable, competitive, dependable, and motivated to learn a proven sales process focused on helping customers rather than pressuring them.

What You'll Do

• Help customers shop new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles and our pre-owned inventory
• Learn vehicle features and our sales process through hands-on training
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
• Respond to online and phone leads and follow up consistently
• Build relationships and meet monthly sales goals

Requirements

• Valid Texas driver's license
• Strong communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Ability to work weekends as part of the dealership schedule
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Experienced & Entry-Level Techs Wanted

We're hiring both experienced and entry-level service technicians to join our team. Whether you're a seasoned tech or just getting started, we'll give you the training, tools, and support to build a long-term career in our shop.
